Foreman
Foreman is a spending account and control plane for AI agents. You hand an agent a budget and a goal; the orchestrator (src/orchestrator.ts) hires a crew of specialist agents (src/crew.ts), pays each one per task in real USDC on Arc, and returns the finished work with an itemized receipt. The treasury is a Circle MPC wallet (src/circlewallet.ts), with settlement over the Circle Gateway rail (src/gateway, src/settlement.ts) and x402 payment paths (src/x402). Agents can also work against an earned credit line, specified in CREDIT.md. Everything plugs in over MCP: the foreman-mcp package (packages/mcp) exposes the engine to any MCP client, and web/ ships a Next.js dashboard.
