ForemanPolicy is its on-chain mandate — a per-action auto-approve cap, a daily cap, owner co-sign above the cap, a kill switch, and a reasonHash of the agent's decision emitted with every action. Stagepay handles milestone escrow in USDC/EURC with revision caps, claim-after-silence and splits, and Tollgate runs prepaid USDC payment channels (cumulative EIP-712 vouchers, HTTP 402 discovery, batch redemption) so agents can pay per call; Tollgate also ships as a standalone package with its own JS SDK. A canonical-JSON decision log is hashed on chain and re-verified in the browser dashboard. ForemanPolicy, Stagepay and Tollgate are deployed and source-verified on Arc mainnet.
