Folio moves a person's USDC into their savings account and lets ChatGPT read it. The bridge worker in bridge/src/bridge/worker.ts is a deterministic state machine: source-observer.ts reads finalized balances before scanning logs, a restricted Privy signer under wallet/src/evm-sweep-policy.ts may only approve and depositForBurn toward that person's own Solana USDC account, attestation.ts polls Circle Iris v2 and delivery.ts submits receive_message on Solana. transfer-record.ts persists each transfer through typed states (planned … attested … settled) with legalTransition guards so retries never double-credit, and GasLedger in source-gas.ts keeps customer principal apart from Folio-paid gas, including Arc's 18-decimal native USDC. CCTP V2 is wired for Arc mainnet (chain 5042, domain 26) and Base in source-registry.ts via TokenMessengerV2 0x28b5a0e9C621a5BadaA536219b3a228C8168cf5d. The connector pairs a PKCE / RFC 8707 OAuth server (connector/as.mjs) with an MCP resource (connector/mcp.mjs) exposing get_profile, get_portfolio and save_research, with no trading or signing authority.
