FactorFi
FactorFi is a reverse-factoring trade-finance protocol on Arc Testnet. Suppliers submit invoices that anchor enterprises approve on-chain, investors fund them at a discount for yield, and the supplier receives an instant USDC payout, with settlement at the due date repaying principal plus profit. The Solidity suite in contracts/ includes FactorFiMarketplace.sol, AutoFactorVault.sol for rule-based automatic funding, and InvoiceReceiptNFT.sol for tokenized invoice receipts. Circle's stack runs throughout the Next.js app: CCTP bridging in lib/cctp-service.ts, Gateway in lib/gateway-client.ts, developer-controlled wallets in lib/circle-dev-wallets.ts, and account-abstraction helpers in lib/smart-account.ts. An underwriting agent in lib/underwrite-agent.ts scores invoices, and the dashboard exports settlement reports to CSV.
Great days will come, so just live out your dream.
