Provides an agent-native paid-web-access primitive: a public URL goes in and an x402-paid Playwright browser capture comes out, ready for an MCP agent. Forkable pieces include an Arc x402-protected Express endpoint, an MCP capturePage tool that pays before returning data, public/private URL validation prior to payment, structured extraction for agent context, settlement metadata, and refund handling on failed work. The full 402 handshake uses a real facilitator and exact-EVM scheme on Arc chainId 5042002, with a real headless Playwright engine and a Docker/Hugging Face deployment.
