Euthyna proves there is something to pay for before an agent pays. The pnpm monorepo splits the control layers into packages: @euthyna/witness runs a deterministic Evidence Witness (verifyObligation() in packages/witness/src/verify.ts, checks W01-W10 over invoice, agreement and delivery evidence with VERIFIED/HOLD/REJECT outcomes and reason codes) and issues EIP-712 authorizations through WitnessAuthorizationService binding evidence root, amount, vendor, payee, chain and vault; @euthyna/planner holds the BoundedDecisionAgent, which ranks only witness-verified obligations by due date, vendor criticality and discount, plus validatePaymentPlan() that rejects any plan mutating payment facts; @euthyna/receipts produces decision commitments and final receipts. contracts/src/ObligationVault.sol (release(), hashAttestation(), vendor registry, per-payment cap, approval threshold) settles once per obligation, called through Circle Developer-Controlled Wallets in packages/chain/src/circle-executor.ts (CircleArcExecutor, idempotency keys from attestation hashes, crash-after-broadcast reconciliation). apps/web is the React reviewer demo.
