Euthyna Treasury separates intelligence from custody for an AI treasurer on Arc. contracts/src/EuthynaVault.sol is a non-upgradeable USDC vault with four roles: the owner sets policy and approves payees, a registrar registers obligations and attests receipts, the agent may only payObligation, allocate, redeem and anchor, and a guardian can pause. Payments must match a registered amount exactly, respect per-transaction and daily caps, keep the reserve floor, and cannot repeat an obligation id. Above the vault, packages/engine/src/planner.ts drafts pay, hold and allocate actions from a deterministic EV formula and packages/engine/src/gate.ts dry-runs each one against rules G1 through G14 before submission. packages/ledger adds a SHA-256 hash chain (hashchain.ts) and a Beancount export, and packages/bench/src/attack_lab.ts replays adversarial scenarios against the gate. The Next.js dashboard connects MetaMask (apps/web/src/context/WalletContext.tsx), runs owner calls such as approvePayee and pause from apps/web/src/lib/contracts.ts, and sends native USDC on Arc testnet, where a vault is deployed at 0x6ffdf10d5165510b5dd51f69cce7c52df2eaab01.
