Euthyna puts an AI treasurer on probation. contract/src/EuthynaVault.sol gives the agent an autonomous limit of min(ownerCeiling, base + rate x score), and the score moves only through permissionless settle() grading of commitments the agent made with sweep(): a kept reserve promise adds linearly, a miss halves the limit. EuthynaFactory.sol deploys vaults with owner-set payee caps, ceilings and a liquidity floor. One run in backend/src/agent.ts goes snapshot, precompute.ts (code-computed ground truth), an LLM proposal as schema-checked JSON (llm.ts, with a provider fallback chain in llm-chain.ts), policy.ts clamping anything outside the rules, canonical.ts hashing the full decision with keccak256 before money moves, and executor.ts simulating then sending through a Circle developer-controlled SCA wallet with idempotency keys and crash reconciliation. scheduler.ts wakes the agent every 30 minutes and on new vault events,. The Next.js console replays any decision hash in the browser, and mcp/src/server.ts exposes the vault to MCP clients. Factory and vaults are live on Arc testnet.
