ENGYE is a marketplace for hiring an AI broker that stakes its own money. The chat agent behind app/hire (defined in agent/) scopes your task, quotes a price with a confidence score, and posts a confidence-sized USDC bond of one to five times the task price on-chain, with its decision hash committed before any funds move. Vyper contracts in contracts/src — BondedEscrow.vy, ProviderStake.vy, RefundVault.vy, and SessionAccount.vy — enforce the pledge: a blind validator rules on the delivered work at a public permalink, releasing the bond on a pass and paying out the bond, a slash of the provider's stake, and a price refund to the client on a fail. Providers are paid gaslessly in USDC over x402 and Circle Gateway, and agents can hire the same broker machine-to-machine through the quote and execute endpoints under app/api.
