Darwinian offers a forkable multi-wallet fleet layer for Arc. It provides an Arc wallet-fleet toolkit (generate a parent wallet, batch-deploy N child wallets, distribute native USDC with gas-buffer accounting, check status, and export a verifiable manifest with explorer links), an Arc viem preset (preconfigured clients and link helpers for chain 5042002), a consolidated constants module covering the chain id, all four RPC providers, and canonical addresses (USDC, EURC, USYC plus Teller, CCTP v2, Gateway, StableFX, Permit2), a Circle Wallets factory and balance reader, and a generic agent-population engine (fitness, mutation, lineage). The evolution engine is real and ready to drive agent fleets.
