Cross Wire is an institutional cross-border settlement platform on Arc. Passkey-based ERC-4337 smart accounts come from Circle Modular Wallets: lib/modular-wallet.ts registers WebAuthn credentials and a custom Wagmi connector translates transactions into UserOperations, with paymaster sponsorship in lib/paymaster.ts and direct-submission fallbacks for bundler congestion. Settlement runs through contracts/CrossWireRouterV2.sol, and an AI agent swarm (lib/agent-swarm.ts, lib/agent-executor.ts) covers compliance, FX, and verification tasks from a natural-language workspace. The Next.js app rounds out the treasury suite with invoicing and pull payments, recurring payout schedules in lib/scheduler.ts, USDC/EURC swaps via lib/stablefx.ts, CCTP bridging in lib/cctp-v2.ts, and unified cross-chain balances in lib/unified-balance.ts.
