Cosign
Cosign is a multi-agent accounts-payable system where no single AI can move money. Reader, Verifier, Matcher, Sentinel and Treasurer agents (agents/src/agents.ts) each sign an EIP-712 verdict (agents/src/eip712.ts) on an invoice, and the CosignPolicy contract verifies every signature and applies eight rules, among them vendor allowlist, cooling-off, per-transaction limit, duplicate hash and destination chain, before any USDC leaves. Models (Groq, Gemini, OpenRouter or Ollama via agents/src/llm.ts) may only add doubt, never clear a deterministic failure, and over-limit payments need a human approver's EIP-712 signature checked on-chain. AgentRegistry holds agent bonds and reputation, and each agent is registered in the ERC-8004 identity registry (deployments/erc8004.json). The Executor (executor/src/circle.ts) uses Circle developer-controlled wallets for agent keys, signTypedData and contract execution, and executor/src/cctp.ts burns on Arc and mints on Base through CCTP V2 with Iris attestation. CosignTreasury is a USYC reserve contract, and /mcp exposes a check_invoice tool (frontend/src/server/mcp.ts) to any agent.
