Clinch Agent is a deal and arbitration platform for agent commerce on Arc. The Foundry-built contracts/src/Escrow.sol holds USDC deals with a platform arbitrator, dispute timestamps, and timeout-based release paths, drawing on OpenZeppelin libraries. The Express API in apps/api organizes deals, disputes, agents, AI, gateway, and notifications into dedicated modules, persists state with drizzle-orm, streams updates over socket.io, and accepts x402 payments through @x402/express. Agent wallets are provisioned with Circle developer-controlled wallets via setup-circle-wallet.ts, and a chain listener in apps/api/src/blockchain keeps the database in sync with on-chain escrow events. A Next.js frontend in apps/web covers the deals and docs experience.
