Citation Toll Agent is a micro-royalty layer that pays creators when AI agents cite their content. Publishers register RSS feeds, which src/attribution/rss-ingest.ts parses and fingerprints into a content catalog. An LLM pricing agent in src/agent/pricing-agent.ts (LangChain) reprices each article from live demand signals, while src/agent/buyer-agent.ts simulates AI research crawlers purchasing citations and applies citation-velocity surge pricing. When a creator's balance crosses a payout threshold, src/revenue/payout.ts batches USDC settlements to their EVM wallet through @circle-fin/developer-controlled-wallets on Arc testnet. An Express server plus Vercel serverless functions in api/ drive the glassmorphic dashboard in public/.
