Circle Plugins gives AI agents a wallet across three agent frameworks. A shared SDK ships in two languages — core-ts (@circle-agent-kit/core) and core-py (circle_agent_kit) — with matching modules for wallets, transfers, contracts, chains, guardrails, and x402 nanopayments (core-ts/src/nanopayments.ts, core-py/src/circle_agent_kit/nanopayments.py). On top sit three ready-made plugins: plugin-eliza for ElizaOS, plugin-openclaw with an openclaw.plugin.json manifest, and hermes/circle-agent-kit for Hermes agents. Agents can create Circle developer-controlled wallets, send USDC, pay for APIs with nanopayments, and bridge, swap, or execute contracts through the Circle CLI integration in agent-cli.ts. A landing/ site completes the repo.
