An AI-agent-as-authorized-settler pattern on a USDC escrow contract (github.com/SankaiAI/Bidtopus, AGPL-3.0), deployed and live. The Solidity escrow contract exposes fund(), release(), and refund() with reentrancy protection and double-settlement prevention, with the settler being an autonomous agent via Circle Wallets. It ships an Arc escrow adapter (a Python wrapper over the contract ABI handling Paymaster-sponsored transactions and returning Arc tx hashes) and a performance-contract state machine (Negotiating to Funded to Active to Resolved to Settled) wired to on-chain events.
