It exposes a multi-agent debate engine (debate-orchestrator.js) portable to trading, DAO governance, prediction markets, or moderation, a real-time SSE pipeline streaming agent reasoning token-by-token, Circle-powered USDC micro-payment gating (payment.js) for premium actions, and a minimal Viem-based Arc treasury execution layer, packaged as a full-stack React, Express, and Arc-integration app. Agents Apollo, Cassandra, and Sentinel make real Anthropic Claude calls with distinct prompts on real CoinGecko data, rendered in a 3D senate UI.
