ArcCopilot is an onchain chief of staff for Arc, packaged as a multi-user Chrome extension. Users pair with a SIWE-style MetaMask signature, receive their own Circle W3S developer-controlled agent wallet, and set the weekly budget, per-tip cap, and recipient allowlist that governs every transfer. Within those limits the agent sends signatureless USDC tips autonomously — the tipping logic lives in src/lib/autoTip.ts, and src/lib/creatorDiscovery.ts proposes creators drawn from the user's own X activity. The extension is built from src/manifest.ts with a service worker in src/background/service-worker.ts, and its React popup surfaces wallet balances, an ecosystem news pulse, portfolio reads, and a daily briefing driven by src/lib/aiProvider.ts.
