Arc Signal Receipts (ArcAgent Pay) is a TypeScript toolkit for agentic USDC commerce on Arc. It creates canonical, signed USDC payment intents, verifies them merchant-side against chain, service, amount, and replay-protection policy, and issues deterministic SHA-256 reasoning receipts with signature and expiry checks. A settlement-batch model and dashboard snapshot track usage and revenue, and seven runnable examples span paid APIs, escrow release, reputation routing, spend policy, and subscriptions, all backed by a passing vitest suite.
