A forkable repo exposing two primitives for regime-aware, on-chain agents: an AgentRegistry contract with a bytes32 agent identity and register/writeRegimeSignal/getRegimeSignal functions that any agent framework can drop in, and a FRED macro regime classifier (fred_client.py plus classifier.py) that emits structured JSON ready to wire to on-chain actions. The regime-detection module is a clean standalone Python package producing live DGS10, T10Y2Y, and VIX signals in roughly ten lines.
