Agent CFO is a finance workspace for AI-agent spend on Arc. The Next.js app turns USDC payment events into wallet analysis, provider and task-level cost attribution, budget monitoring, and risk signals, computed in lib/analytics (agent-summary.ts, budget.ts, risk.ts). Financial controls include transaction-intent lifecycle APIs (app/api/transaction-intents) with approval flows, audit events, and idempotency, persisted in tenant-scoped PostgreSQL via Drizzle. CFO-style report generation lives in lib/reports with PDF export in both English and Chinese. A remote MCP server (app/mcp, lib/mcp) exposes the same wallet, payment, budget, risk, report, and analytics tools to desktop agents over Streamable HTTP with OAuth-protected resource metadata, and lib/arc/client.ts indexes Arc Testnet native USDC activity for saved wallets.
