ACR (Arc Compute Rate) is the pricing-and-policy layer for agent payments on Arc: a reference rate for compute plus an on-chain spend policy that decides whether a bill should be paid at all. Its own contracts run source-verified on Arc mainnet — ACROracle and ACRFutures publish and term-structure the compute reference rate, PolicyWallet is an agent spend policy that refuses rather than silently clamps, and AttestationRegistry with FeedAccessAttestor gate who may read and attest to the feed. The repo is a large polyglot system (Rust, Python and TypeScript) spanning the contracts, an MCP server exposing read-only rate and benchmark tools, services, a graph layer and a redteam test suite, with 690 commits over three months behind it. All five cited contracts are verified on chain 5042, so the reference rate, the futures curve, the spend policy and the attestation gating are each independently checkable on-chain.

A live on-chain reference rate for machine compute on Circle's Arc — SOFR for the agentic economy. A statistical estimator over x402 payment exhaust, EIP-712 prints posted hourly to an oracle, a cash-settled futures venue, and an autonomous agent that pays for the print and trades on it.
